What files do I receive?
You will receive a Zip package consisting of a SCORM Zip File, with a Badge and Certificate PDF. Some Certification Programs also include a Powerpoint file and additional marketing material.
What is a SCORM file
A SCORM stand for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. These zip files can be uploaded to your LMS.
What do I do with this SCORM file?
Upload the file as a zip file to your Learning Management System (LMS), so you can then assign it to your team members.
What Version of SCORM?
All our zip files are SCORM 1.2, if you require a different version or format please contact us.
What about xAPI (TINCAN)
For a different format, please contact us.
Are there Refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Since you have already received the downloaded files after purchase.
Is it really no seats?
That's right. There is no charge for seats. If you purchase the course, its yours to use for as many seats or learners as you like!
Is there really no subscription?
Yes, I know right, everything is a subscription now. Not us, we will not do subscriptions. We don't like them.
What if a new version of the course gets released?
Some courses will be updated with new content. If a course you purchased gets an updated version, you will have to purchase it again to receive the updated version of that course.
Are your Courses Accessible?
Yes, our courses are fully compliant with Accessibility Standards.
Do your courses work on Mobile?
Yes, they all work on mobile however some are targeted for cell phones, they will be indicated on the product page.
