What happens after the 21-day trial?
If you've added a payment method, Stripe automatically charges your card on day 22. If not, your org drops to the Free tier — you keep your data, just lose access to SCORM upload and the Content tab until you resubscribe.
What's the difference between Free and Tier 1?
Free gives your team access to two Xpresso Learning compliance courses (AODA + Canadian Health & Safety). Tier 1+ unlocks the Content tab, where you upload and manage your own SCORM training content, plus access to the full Xpresso library.
What if I need more than 1,500 seats?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in-app or email support, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your learner data is retained if you resubscribe later.
Do annual plans actually save me money?
Annual billing is 10 months billed upfront for 12 months of access — about 17% off the monthly rate. Most customers choose annual.
What happens if I need more seats on an annual plan?
Annual plans are fixed-seat: you pay upfront for the seat cap you choose and can't spill into per-seat overages mid-year. If you need more seats, upgrade to a larger tier and Stripe prorates the difference. If your team's size is unpredictable, choose monthly billing — monthly plans allow per-seat overage beyond the cap.
